Public Group active 2 months, 1 week agoELODS are a friendly amateur theatre group based in Winchmore Hill, North London. We perform at The Wyllyotts Theatre, Potters Bar. Rehearsals in Winchmore Hill, North London on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8pm.
Our next show is Kiss Me Kate – Tues 19th – Sat 23rd October 2010
Set in Baltimore in 1948, this perfect marriage of Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew with Cole Porter’s witty, sophisticated lyrics and unforgettable melodies is considered one of the greatest musicals ever produced, and probably Porter’s finest.
Songs include Too Darn Hot, So in Love, Brush up your Shakespeare, Another Op’nin Another Show, We Open in Venice and I Hate Men

ELODS need someone to play Fred in Kiss Me Kate. This is a peach of a role suitable for a baritone age 30-55. Fred is charismatic, a strong singer and full of wit.
We rehearse Tues and Fri in Winchmore Hill in North London.
